Friends,    For almost a year and a half, we are facing something that we had not even imagined in the wildest of our dreams.    We lost so many people around us, huge losses to the economy (I'm not talking of what looks like on the stock exchanges, real life is in contrast to that), job loss, strained relationships, etc. And, naturally, it has impacted our mental health to a large extent.   One of the critical factors about the stress around us is media reporting.  There is no parameter to gauge all these things but the impact is there for sure.   Today, we are talking to Dr. Soumitra Pathare who is a renowned Psychiatrist and works for the policies and laws related to mental health.  I'm sure his insights will enlighten us.   Jai Hind  Vivek & Gaurav
