Tylvia Edwards Addoh is an Engineer and Technical Program Manager with over 10 years of experience working in combat systems and government acquisition. Currently, she is the Requirements Manager for the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon for an $8.5 Billion Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP). Tylvia is the founder of Embracing All Through Technology (EAT) which focuses on bringing technology to underserved communities. Tylvia acquired a Physics Bachelor’s Degree from Jackson State University and a Systems Engineering Master’s Degree from Tuskegee University. She is a also member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
