Charu Monga: The Spark Within

In the this episode of #MGChangemakersSeason3, we talk to Charu Monga, a professor at IIT Guwahati, who designed a waterproof backpack called ‘Jugnu’, which not only uses recycled plastic but also acts as a solar-powered light. Jugnu has been instrumental for kids in remote areas of north-eastern India where sunsets are early and the power supply is infrequent.
