Hello Fellow Shelf Improvers,   So back in Jan we read the 12 Week Year. We started Feb and finished our first 12 week year in April.   So for accountability purposes we have recorded our little chat.   How did you get on with yours? Did you smash your year? were you close? what did you do well what do you need to tweek?   Do you need to take from Who Not How and look at outsourcing? How are your systems?   Are you ready to go again for the next 12 week year? We are:) we have started May and will finish in July and report back results in August!
