Every office has at least one employee who is always complaining about one thing or another;  or just generally displays a bad attitude. However, sometimes their complaints are legitimate and are worth looking into further.  We can all understand that certain behaviors are infectious and can literally contaminate the entire work environment.  To prevent such an outbreak, it is important that as leaders, we approach employee complaints with an open mind.   Why?
