About
This is a saying that many of us have heard from childhood to adulthood. If you someone has told you, “Alright, keep on playing,” it’s because you’ve either irritated someone, angered someone or you’re pushing a button they no longer want you to push. But playing is something we should all do more often. When we were kids, we made friends by playing. We looked forward to recess because it allowed our minds to escape routine and hard work. Playing provides balance for a life that often demands focus and continuous hard work. Playing allows us to go back to our childhood when life was less stressful and filled with wonder, laughter, and dreams. So, grab a friend and join in while we talk about not only what it means to play but why it is also necessary and important.
