Learning professional with experience in training delivery, design, evaluation of impact, needs assessment and competency mappings. He holds a title in Communication Studies and post-graduate degrees in Training Management, Evaluation of the Training Impact and Microlearning design.Leah is a veterinarian who has been working in the public health regulatory veterinary medicine field since 2000 and training since 2010. She has designed and delivered classroom and virtual training for veterinarians and inspectors. Over the last few years this work led her into the area of competency development and how using competency frameworks can drive needs assessment and ultimately program and course design to support capacity building within organizations.
