13. Bachchan's Madhushala, Din Beeta Lo Raat Gayi

When Bachchan ji went to Armenia (circa 1970), a local (lady) singer wanted to buy a drink for him but the poet of Madhushala politely refused with a heartful cheers. The poet kept his vow of not drinking ever again.प्रण-प्रतिज्ञा ले निभाना भी उन्हें मै जानता हूँ, आत्मबल की कर परीक्षा पूर्ण उनको ठानता हूँ!There is also a poetic description of different times of the day – Daybreak, Dusk, and after dark.
