What to Include in a Content Grievance

We intend to address your complaints and concerns to the Grievance Officer in an immediate and timely manner. As such please include the following information in your email:

1. The programme title, name or other identifier of the content
2. The type of content (Audio or Video)
3. The type of complaint: e.g: classification of content, age related, the nature of the content itself.
4. A short summary of the complaint or concern.
5. Your name, email id and phone number where you may be contacted.

Other Grievances and Complaints

The Grievance Officer does not address complaints or concerns related to:

• Advertisements on the JioSaavn platform. Please address such concerns via email to legal@jiosaavn.com.
• Copyrights on the JioSaavn platform. All concerns related to copyright ownership or copyright infringement should be addressed to legal@jiosaavn.com and include the information specified in Section 3 of JioSaavn’s Terms of Use.
