This week we welcome Kay Brackett who grew up in Panama City, worked part of her life in the gaming industry in Las Vegas and Biloxi Mississippi before making a transition to a long career as a restauranteur. After selling Sisters of The Sea Kay decided to create a place locals and those in the service industry would enjoy. Her new place will be called The Knot Right Coastal Kitchen and will be built where the Copa Cabana once stood. At this time there is no definite date as to when the restaurant will open but when it does it will be a lively late night spot where folks can enjoy a cocktail and delicious homestyle cooking.
