Jo Ann has an MBA in International Business from Mercer University and an undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University. She is an adjunct professor at Mercer University and GSU. She was the recipient of Atlanta AMA’s Lifetime Achievement award and two AMY Awards from the American Marketing Association.
