Over the span of 25 years, David A. Northern, Sr., has established a distinguished career in federal housing assistance programs including urban planning and policy development. Listen and learn. David was born and raised in Gary, IN. He is currently the Senior-Vice President of the Public Housing Authority Directors Association (DC) which represents roughly 2,000 HA’s throughout the nation. In 2020, he was appointed by the Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker to the State Housing Task Force and elected to the Illinois Housing Council’s Board of Directors.
