  1. Why is JioSaavn discontinuing its free service in my country?
    We are focusing our resources on key markets and optimizing our offerings to provide a more enhanced experience for our subscribers. This means discontinuing the free service in certain regions.
  2. What happens to my account?
    If you are a user in a region where the service is being discontinued, you will no longer be able to access JioSaavn.
  3. Will my JioSaavn Pro subscription be affected?
    The service will be shut down for both subscribers and free users effective 31st July 2025.
  4. Will my playlists and downloaded music be lost?
    Your playlists and downloaded music will no longer be accessible in the service-discontinued region.
  5. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription in a discontinued region?
    Yes, you will be eligible to receive a prorated refund for the remaining period of your subscription. Reach out to us at feedback@jiosaavn.com in case of any refund-related queries or requests.
