Allu Arjun first appeared on the big screen as a child artist in Vijetha (1985). As an adult, he debuted in Telugu films with the movie Gangotri (2003). His next venture, the musical love story Happy (2006), became popular for songs like Chal Cha Rey and Osa Osa. In both films, his dance performances were greatly appreciated. By 2007, Allu Arjun had established himself as a superstar of Telugu cinema.
